BUFFALO  SOLDIERS CREED , OUR HISTORY
AND OUR MISSION
Buffalo Soldiers Creed

I'm a Buffalo Soldier, And as a Buffalo Soldier I will uphold the Standards and the Traditions set forth by my chapter and the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers motorcycle clubs.

I'm proud of my colors and the rich history that they represent. I will wear my colors with pride and will do all within my power to educate the general public about the rich history of the 9th and 10th Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers.

I respect my colors and my Buffalo Soldier Sisters and Brothers. And when my riding days come to an end, I wish to be remembered as one who served with Dignity as a responsible biker and a proud BUFFALO SOLDIER!
OUR HISTORY

Our chapter was founded in March of 2008 by Craig "Hammer" Paige, a member-at-large from the Mother Chapter of Houston, Texas. The Founder initiated the idea of a BSMC in El Paso, contacted the Texas Mother Chapter, ( BSMC Houston TX ) and initiated the necessary dialog with them and the NABSTMC for a charter to be granted for a chapter in El Paso, Texas. The Founder successfully completed the requirements for membership IAW the BSMC Houston, TX Bylaws, to include traveling to Houston for a tour of the National Buffalo Soldiers Museum and to present his Charter intent to the entire Houston Mother Chapter.

The original members of the El Paso Chapter were: Craig
"Hammer" Paige, Nathan "Motown" Mack, Leonard "Shonuf" Harris, Dana "Pepper" Harris, and Jason "Polo" Johnson

Our Mission

To Give back to the community through volunteer service by participating, hosting, and working with charities in and outside of our community.

To Educate the community by sharing the rich history of the Buffalo Soldiers at various venues, such as, giving history presentations at public forums, public/private schools (elementary, middle, and high school), community colleges and universities, and special public events.

To Participate in and host charitable fundraisers for the purpose of providing educational opportunities for students desiring to attend college who lack the resources to foster that reality, and support charities that provide services to children and adults who have medical conditions or whom have fallen on hard times. But more so, to bring a smile or brighten someones day by just being their.
