With Mayor John Cook, EPBSMC assists with serving the homeless Thanksgiving dinner. We assist both in the kitchen and serving.
There are two parts to the word Thanksgiving. The first one is ‘thanks’ for all of the blessings that we have, but the second part of the word that is important is ‘giving.’ This is about giving back to the community.
Each year the Inter Club Council with EPBSMC hosts the Black History Parade in celebration of Black History month.
Each year, the Worcester Wreath Company (Harrington, ME) provides wreaths for placement on every grave in Fort Bliss Cemetery . EPBSMC is part of the escort team for the trucks carrying those wreaths.
